Refund & Returns

-Within 30 Days:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, and the product is in an unused state and the original packaging, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt of the product for replacement or refund to the original payment method. In this case, you need to pay the return shipping fee to our return address in the country of sale. Shipping costs are not refundable.


-After 30 Days:

After 30 days from the date of purchase, if there are any quality problems with Aosbos products, please contact us by email. We strive to provide you with quality products and services. Aosbos may ask you to provide proof of purchase details. Once it is confirmed that it is a manufacturing problem, we will provide you with a free replacement or a full refund.

(We only replace it if the quality is defective or the packaging is damaged.)

-Wrong Purchase:

If you have purchased the wrong size or color and want to replace it, please send an email to Support@aosbos.com and attach the order-related information. For replacement details, we will depend on the situation.
